Kefir Fermented Rice

How to cook?

1. Steam / Cook with a rice cooker
 

Ratio:

 

Kefir Rice     1 cup

Water           1.5 cup

2. Make porridge
 

Ingredients:

 

Kefir Rice                                     1 cup

Water                                           10 cups

Dried preserved vegetables      1 Tbps

Medium sized tomatoes             2 

Minced chicken/meat                 1 bowl

Canned nuts                                1 can

Salt                                               1 tspn

Oil

Method:

 

  1. In a pot. add rinsed kefir rice, water, salt,  a little oil, preserved vegetables, cut tomatoes.

  2. Bring to boil then turn down fire and simmer.

  3. Cook until rice is all soft and broken up (about 45 minutes),

  4. Add in the minced chicken and canned nuts.

  5. Add more sea salt to taste and your delicious porridge is ready!
