Pineapple Banana Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients :

 

Milk kefir 100g

Pineapple (fresh or frozen)  80g

Banana (fresh or frozen) 60g

Coconut Milk 20g

Sweetener  5-10g

Optional - Dash of  cinnamon

 

Method:

 

1. Place kefir in blender

 

2. Add sweetener, coconut milk, pineapple and banana

 

3. Blend with high speed

 

4.Serve. Freeze extra. When you want to consume the frozen smoothie, thaw for about ½ hour and eat while there are still some ice in it. Enjoy!

Mango Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients :

 

Milk kefir 270g

Mango (fresh or frozen) 260g

Sweetener (honey, raw cane sugar etc) 1 tablespoon

Coconut Milk 40g

Optional - A handful of chopped spinach

 

Method:

 

1. Place kefir in blender

 

2. Add sweetener, coconut milk and mango

 

3. Blend with high speed

 

4. Serve. Freeze extra.

When you want to consume the frozen smoothie, thaw for about ½ hour and eat while there are still some ice in it. Enjoy!
